A lot of people turning 65 have asked us about dental insurance because most medicare based plans do not offer much (if any) dental coverage. Dental insurance is just as important as health insurance. Our team set off on a mission to find some very suitable all around dental plans, and we found some. Although we reccomend consultig with you on insurance, here is one example of a plan where you can select your maximum benefit coverage without being restricted to a network. There is an annual $100 deductable, then most non cosmetic dental services are covered at 80% until you reach the maximum benefit level you’ve selected.

For age 18 to 89, this plan can be customized with annual benefit maximums from $1,000 to $5000 and monthly premiums from $23 to $69. There is also an optional child rider for those under 18.
